On May 24, 2015 HANO Officer James Bennett, Jr. was shot in his patrol car near the intersection of Erato and Freret. Officer Bennett was patrolling the Central City Public Housing Project construction site.

On January 23, 2017 just shortly before 7:30 p.m. Domino' Delivery Driver, Michael County, was fatally shot in the 900 block of Stratford Place. Gunfire came from a black Chevrolet sedan.

Ramal Ellis body was found in St. Rose (St. Charles Parish) behind the Fifth African Baptist Church, with multiple gunshot wounds, on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at approximately 9:15 p.m.  

On Thursday, March 23, 2017 at approximately 1:20 p.m. the body of Anthony Kelly was found lying in the street in the 5000 bloack of Louisa St. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

On September 15, 2016 at approximately 2:15 a.m. Patrick Williams was shot multiple times in the 1400 block of N. Robertson Street in Treme. His body was found between two houses.

On Friday, December 23, 2016 at approximately 7:18 a.m. the body of Joseph P. Anderson was found in the 3800 block of Mercer Lane in Harvey.  Mr. Anderson died from gun shot wounds.

On May 18, 2013 at approximately 12:36 a.m. Donovan Jarrad Dugar was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 5100 block of Congress Drive. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Milton Sutton was found shot inside his home in the 2600 block of Reverend Richard Wilson Drive on May 21, 2015 at approximately 10 p.m.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.

On December 14, 2016 at approximately 7:00 p.m. Lisa Dours was shot multiple times in the 3100 block of Belfort in New Orleans.

On June 9, 2014 at approximately 9:13 p.m. the body of Glen Stewart was found slumped behind the wheel of a minivan in the 1800 block of Plaza Dr.  The victim had been shot multiple times.

Gregory was found shot to death on the ground outside his home on Monday, October 3, 2011 in the 6000 block of Curran Blvd. in New Orleans

On December 6, 2015 at approximately 8 pm Jeren Johnson was fatally shot while a passenger in a silver Nissan Altima located in the 2600 block of General Collins St.

On August 11, 2016 at approximately 5:21 p.m. Sam Carter was found with multiple gun shot wounds in the 2200 block of Peniston. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

On Sunday, September 29, 2013 at aapproximately 10:45 pm Matthew George was found with mulitple gun shot wounds in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 1500 block of Southlawn St.

On June 14, 2014 at approximately 11 p.m. Johnny Young was fatally shot in the 5100 block of Bundy Road.

On Thursday, December 10, 1998 at 8:30 p.m. Derrick was shot at the intersection of Clio and White St. He was taken to the hospital where he died on Deember 20, 1998.

On March 4, 2016 at approximately 8:30 p.m., the body of Corey Harris was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the middle of N. Johnson Street in the short block between Esplanade Avenue and Bayou Road.

On June 26, 2016 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Errol Gant was fouund suffering from gunshot wounds in the 2800 block of Kent Dr. in New Orleans. He was pronounced at the scene.

On August 9, 1981 at approximately 6 a.m. Dora Dours was struck over the head with a blunt instrument at a home delivery substation near the corner of Frenchmen and Derbigny. She later died at Charity Hospital from these injuries.

On April 17, 2016 at approximately 3;30 p.m. David Ducros was found inside an automobile with a gunshot wound to his leg in the 3400 block of Paris Avenue. He was driven to the hospital where he later died from his injury.

On December 17, 2015 at about 9:57 pm the bodies of Breon Stewart and Lionel Delpit were found with multiple gun shot wounds inside a blue 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser in a parking lot in the 12000 block of I-10 Service Rd.

On May 25, 2016  around 7:30 p.m. the body of Sean Johnson was found near the intersection of I-10 West and Elysian Fields. Sean died from multiple gunshot wounds.

On March 8, 2016 Aaron "Poohna" Thompson was shot while delivering beer to a gas station located at the intersection of Shirley Dr. and General DeGaulle in Algiers. He died on March 11, 2016.

On December 12, 2015 just before 9 p.m. Morris Bates was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head in the 3100 block of General Ogden St. near the intersection of Forshey Street.
