On October 27, 2015 at approximately 7:20 pm on Palmisano Blvd. near the intersection of Missouri St. in Chalmette. Guerra's Chevrolet Impala was rear ended on the night of October 27th by a light colored SUV, The suspects shot Guerra in the chest and fled the scene in both vehicles.
