The body of 21-year-old Marquise Jones, a nursing student at Southern University, was recovered from Lake Pontchartrain. Marquise went missing on February 25, 2021. On Monday, March 15, the Orleans Parish Coroner confirmed that Jones died from a gunshot wound.
