In the early morning hours of Friday, April 7, 2023, St. Tammany Fire District #8 responded to a report of a fire located in the 21000 block of Millar Street in Abita Springs. Firefighters arrived to find a billboard-type sign, 4' X 8', on fire in the front yard of a residence. State Fire Marshal deputies were called to investigate this fire and determined it was intentionally set. This investigation is active and information from the public is welcome and encouraged.
