White Male, 5'09"  185 lbs.  Gray Hair and Brown Eyes

DOB: 08/13/1962  (61 years old)

SPILLMAN is a Tier 3 Sex Offender convicted in Ohio in 1986 of Sexual Battery and in 1990 of Gross Sexual Imposition.    He was also convicted in 2010 of FTR as a Sex Offender in Ohio.  His last know address was in Jefferson, LA.    SPILLMAN is wanted by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office on a 10/06/2023, felony FTR as a Sex Offender warrant.
